Refund policy

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with and within the limits of Article 64 of the Italian Consumer Code, the consumer has the right to exercise the right of withdrawal within 15 calendar days of receipt of the purchased products. The withdrawal allows the consumer to return the products received and obtain a refund of the price paid, without penalty and without the need to specify a reason.

Return Procedures

The consumer must communicate their intention to exercise the right of withdrawal within the specified terms by contacting TFP Srl SB through official channels. Products must be returned intact, unused, and complete with all original packaging. As provided by current legislation, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer, who also assumes liability for the goods during transit.

Refunds

Once the goods have been received and the integrity of the product has been verified, TFP Srl SB will proceed with the refund within 30 days from the date it was notified of the exercise of the right of withdrawal. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase, as follows:

  • Credit card reversal (chargeback)

  • PayPal refund

  • Bank transfer to the account specified by the consumer
