Shipping policy
The goods are sold Ex Works (EXW)
Shipping costs:
- Italy, Vatican City State and Republic of San Marino flat rate 15€
- EU Countries flat rate 25€
- UK, USA e CANADA flat rate 55€
- Elsewhere flat rate 75€
For non-EU countries, any taxes and customs duties (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
Important Note: In the event of specific delivery requests provided in the order notes (e.g., "leave the package at the entrance," "in the garden," or any other location indicated by the customer), the sole responsibility for any lost or missing goods shall lie with the buyer.
Orders will be processed within 8 working days, except for unforeseen circumstances involving couriers or holiday periods which may cause delays.
