LIMITED EDITION

All TFP watches are numbered and each Collection is a Limited Edition , for a maximum of 888 pieces . This is consistent with the idea of true luxury, where the uniqueness of the experience is one of its main indicators.

You can request a specific serial number , if still available in the limited edition.

CONNECTION WITH WATER

Water is the element that provides life to the Planet and all its inhabitants; it is a precious asset and as such must be taken care of, but only in recent times does mankind seem to have understood this. TFP therefore finds it natural to build watches that are at ease in this element.

In line with previous proven experiences, TFP mechanical watches underline a strong bond with water, guaranteeing for all its models a pressure resistance ranging from a minimum of 200 m (20 ATM) up to 600 m (60 ATM).

STRAPS

The straps of TFP watches, with a strong personality also underlined by the stitching , are handmade in Italy, using vegetable-tanned leather in Tuscany: the oldest tanning method, where the tannin is taken from the trunk, branches and leaves, without using solvents. In this way the strap has a unique appearance and quality , and it also respects the environment, as attested by the attached certificate .

Once the leathers have been selected (by TFP), production is carried out by Italian craftsmen ; each strap is subjected to rigorous tests for robustness and wearability. Thanks to an effective construction solution, the strap has a quick-change system: safe and stable attachment, and not based on springs.

SUSTAINABILITY

TFP srl SB is the first luxury company in Italy to be established as a Benefit Company (SB): a company that pursues the aim of making a profit but also that of creating a benefit for the interested parties and the Biosphere .

TFP's philosophy is to produce Quality Mechanical Watches , ensuring the protection of the Biosphere (people, animals, plants, places), for the improvement of the quality of life today and tomorrow.

Therefore, TFP pays great attention on the one hand to researching and using recycled, recyclable, eco-compatible, innovative materials , and on the other to eliminating the use of harmful materials such as solvents, non-recyclable materials, batteries, and to reducing waste of paper and wood , but also of space and logistical resources .

TFP uses all the technological and digital innovations that will allow it to optimize its processes and the sharing of its objectives and projects.

B-Corp

Having been established as a Benefit Company (B-Corp guidelines), in accordance with the statutory provisions, TFP supports some sustainable initiatives and projects , dedicating attention and part of its resources to them.

TFP is very attentive to the objectives of the Global Agenda 2030 (United Nations).

TREES

One of the sustainable initiatives is related to the reforestation of the Planet : TFP collaborates with specialized operators to plant trees , whose benefits on the one hand compensate for the production of CO2 and combat desertification, on the other offer new job opportunities to the populations that cultivate them.

Innovation and Sustainability in materials

TFP uses recycled / recyclable / eco friendly materials :

Case : the cases are made of metals that have a high percentage of recycled raw materials such as Steel or Bronze.
Dial : their colouring is obtained through natural processes (e.g. oxidation) or with low-impact paints (without the use of solvents).
Straps : in vegetable tanned leather (certified), to respect the environment.
Sapphire crystal : it is made of double-curved sapphire crystal ; neither plastic nor mineral glass (which is chemically treated) is used.
Automatic Mechanical Movement : Each TFP watch is equipped with a self-winding mechanical movement that works thanks to the kinetic energy generated by the movements of the wrist. They are therefore natural, infinite mechanisms that use clean energy: a perfect example of circular economy.

Box : the box containing the watch is made of cardboard/paper, with FSC certification , and also with reuse of food and fruit waste or in other recyclable materials.

Innovation and Sustainability in the supply chain

TFP reduces waste and scrap :

Production : specific production methods are used; such as the technique of metal casting for the Watch Case in lost wax micro-casting, a process capable of minimising waste and scraps and therefore energy consumption .
Logistics : Smart box design reduces space requirements .
Documents : the instruction booklet and the guarantee of the watches will be digital, thus avoiding the use of paper or plastic.
Advertising : Product and event advertising focuses exclusively on digital solutions .
Distribution : heavily reliant on various Digital Channels , shortening the distribution chain (therefore reducing CO2 emissions).
